Hiscock & Barclay Partners to Speak at New York State Bar Association Seminar

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Partners Catherine Wettlaufer and Raymond McCabe will present at the May 17, 2012 New York State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education seminar "Dealing with Your Client's Retirement Assets," at the Holiday Inn in Amherst, NY. The seminar will feature presentations and panel discussions on topics including IRA rollovers, drafting the governing qualified retirement plan or IRA beneficiary designation form and Roth IRA conversions. Catherine Wettlaufer is resident in the Buffalo office. A seasoned practitioner in the area of trusts and estates, she brings to her work legal skills honed over the duration of more than 25 years. Wettlaufer serves as a leader and mentor at the firm, acting as Chair of the Trusts & Estates Practice Area, and is an active member of Hiscock & Barclay's Women's Forum.

Raymond McCabe resides in the Buffalo office and focuses his practice on employment benefit law (ERISA) and federal, state and international taxation. He counsels large and small businesses, not-for-profit corporations and municipal governments on ERISA and tax matters. McCabe also has substantial experience in corporate transactions including reorganization and mergers, business tax planning, retirement planning and tax audit and appeals.
