Hiscock & Barclay Welcomes New Attorney Jonathan Bard

Jonathan H. Bard has joined Hiscock & Barclay, LLP as an Associate in the firm's Buffalo office. Bard will focus his practice in the areas of torts and products liability defense as well as insurance coverage and professional liability. Bard is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Law School (2008) and LeMoyne College (2003). While in law school, Bard clerked for the Office of Assemblyman Sam Hoyt, New York's 144th Assembly District and the U.S. Attorney's Office, Western District of New York. He was previously an Associate at Mackenzie Hughes LLP, where he focused on civil litigation.
