Hiscock & Barclay Welcomes Trusts & Estates Attorney Marcy Robinson Dembs

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP announces that Marcy Robinson Dembs has joined the firm's Syracuse office as a Partner in the Trusts & Estates Practice Area. She will join a practice area that operates throughout the firm's platform of offices, working primarily with clients located in the Central and Northern New York areas. The firm will open an office in Watertown, New York to support Dembs' significant client base located in that region.

For more than 26 years, Dembs has provided individuals, families, and business owners trusted legal and business counsel regarding estate planning, trusts and estate administration, and estate-related litigation. Dembs has in-depth knowledge with Supplemental Needs Trusts and the representative needs of the disabled. She is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 1985). Dembs shares her legal insights on estate tax laws with many groups of professionals, speaking to attorneys at New York State Bar Association conferences as well as certified public accountants, financial planners, and not-for-profit administrators who serve disabled individuals and their families.
