J. T. Benner Named Associate After Admission to New York State Bar

Barclay Damon announces J. T. Benner has been admitted to the New York State Bar. Benner, a former law clerk at Barclay Damon, is now an associate.

Benner is a member of Barclay Damon’s Intellectual Property Litigation and Patents & Prosecution Practice Areas and is based in the firm’s Buffalo office. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he was publications editor for the Buffalo Law Review, and earned a bachelor of science cum laude in mechanical engineering from the University at Buffalo. Benner’s experience includes a summer associate position with Barclay Damon, a law clerk position with an intellectual property protection law firm in Buffalo, and as a senior research projects assistant with the University at Buffalo Technology Transfer.
