Laluk will present on "Effective Use of Buy-Sell Agreements with Family & Employees." Her presentation will cover succession planning options, gifting programs to family members, selling to key employees and use of buy-sell agreements for closely-held and family businesses.

She has extensive experience counseling family-owned and closely-held businesses regarding succession planning and exit strategies.
