Laluk Speaks at SUCCESSion Symposium

Rochester, New York - January 31, 2013 - Hiscock & Barclay, LLP Partner Susan Laluk Schultz will speak at the 2013 SUCCESSion Symposium, "The Key to Your Future Success!" on February 6, 2013 at The Country Club of Rochester.

Laluk will present on "Effective Use of Buy-Sell Agreements with Family & Employees." Her presentation will cover succession planning options, gifting programs to family members, selling to key employees and use of buy-sell agreements for closely-held and family businesses.

Laluk is a partner at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP where she handles mergers and acquisitions and complex business transactions for companies and organizations, including emerging technology companies, manufacturers, professional service providers, and not-for-profit agencies. She has extensive experience counseling family-owned and closely-held businesses regarding succession planning and exit strategies.

Laluk also assists employers with compliance, termination and discrimination issues, and counsels executive-level employees with employment, compensation and severance agreements. Sue was previously a partner at Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson, LLP, where she chaired the Corporate Practice Group, and is a Past President of the Monroe County Bar Association.
