Ray Caso Jr. Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Ray Caso Jr., counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Real Estate and Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Areas. His primary office is Buffalo.

Caso focuses his practice on commercial real estate, financing, development, and title examination. He represents developers and other business owners in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property and represents lenders in commercial mortgage transactions.

Caso has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of sale, leases, and loan documents. As examining counsel to title insurance companies, Caso examines real estate titles, prepares title commitments, and resolves title issues. He represents homeowner associations and condominium associations, which includes the preparation of offering plans with declarations of covenants and restrictions.  

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Caso was an attorney at several Buffalo law firms in their real estate practices.
