Samuel Chubb Joins Barclay Damon

August 27, 2021—Barclay Damon announces Samuel Chubb, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Commercial Litigation Practice Area and Health Care Controversies Team. His primary office location is Albany.

Chubb primarily assists with litigation and health care-related matters, including advising clients on matters involving HIPAA, NYS Mental Hygiene Law, the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute. He has gained experience through multiple clerkships where he helped with a wide range of litigation matters.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Chubb served as a medical services officer and branch manager in the New York and Illinois Army National Guard.
