Seven Law Clerks Named Associates After Admission to New York State Bar

July 7, 2021—Barclay Damon announces Jen Cruz, Caitlyn Ford, Amy Hahn, Emma Marshall, Jade Rodriguez, Margaret Talt, and Lisa Zaccagnino have been admitted to the New York State Bar. The former law clerks are now associates at the firm.

Cruz is a member of the Health & Human Services Providers and Health Care Controversies Teams. She graduated from Albany Law School of Union University and served as a Barclay Damon summer associate and legal assistant for the New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People With Special Needs. She is based in the firm’s Albany office.

Ford is a member of the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Area. She graduated from Rutgers School of Law, and her experience includes serving as a law clerk with Lite DePalma Greenberg, LLC and a legal intern with the Legal Aid Society. She is based in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Hahn is a member of the Trademarks, Copyrights & IP Transactions; Intellectual Property Litigation; and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law, and her experience includes serving as a Barclay Damon summer associate and a legal officer with IDEA Venture Accelerator at Northeastern University. She is based in the firm’s Rochester office.

Marshall is a member of the Environmental and Regulatory Practice Areas and the Energy Team. She graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School and served as a legal intern for both Young/Sommer LLC and Legal Assistance of Western New York. She is based in the firm’s Albany office.

Rodriguez is a member of the Commercial Litigation and White Collar & Government Investigations Practice Areas. She graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, and her experience includes serving as a BellCornerstone, LLC legal analyst and a Securities Arbitration and Consumer law clinic student attorney. She is based in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Talt is a member of the Real Estate and Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Areas. She graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, and her experience includes serving as a Barclay Damon summer associate and a DJ & JA Cirando, PLLC law clerk. She is based in the firm’s Syracuse office.

Zaccagnino is a member of the Trusts & Estates Practice Area. She graduated from University at Buffalo School of Law, and her experience includes serving as a Barclay Damon paralegal and law clerk and a paralegal and legal clerk for the Erie County Public Administrator. She is based in the firm’s Buffalo office.
