Steven Tranelli Rejoins Hiscock & Barclay Law Firm

Real estate attorney Steven J. Tranelli has rejoined the Rochester office of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP. Tranelli initially was a Partner with the Firm from 2006 until 2009. He has rejoined as a Partner and will continue representing industrial and commercial property owners, developers, investors, retailers, service businesses and technology companies in a wide variety of matters, including commercial real estate acquisitions and expansions, divestitures, leases and financing transactions.

Tranelli is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law and Colgate University. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® in the area of Real Estate (Upstate New York, 2010). Prior joining the Firm, Tranelli was a Principal with Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman, P.C.
