Three New Attorneys Join Hiscock & Barclay

Hiscock & Barclay, LLP welcomes three new associate attorneys to the Firm: Brittany E. Aungier joins the Syracuse office, Jason D. Hughes is a new addition to the Albany office, and Stephanie O. Lamarque joins the Buffalo office.

Brittany Aungier, Manlius resident, will provide legal services for corporate clients, particularly in the realm of white collar litigation and regulatory defense. Her experience as a student Law Clerk for the US Attorney's Office and for Senior U.S. District Judge Scullin have provided her with a solid litigation background. She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 2011) and the University of California at Berkeley (B.A., 2008).

Jason Hughes, East Greenbush resident, focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and torts and products liability defense. He is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University (J.D., 2009) and the State University of New York at New Paltz (B.A., 2005). For the past two years he has been a Law Clerk to the Hon. Gary L. Sharpe, US District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York.

Stephanie Lamarque, City of Buffalo resident, will focus her practice in the areas of Real Property Tax & Condemnation and Commercial Litigation. Her experience as a year-long Legal Fellow in the Seventh Judicial District at the New York State Supreme Court has provided a solid background in working with judges in both the commercial and criminal departments. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., 2010) and Georgetown University (B.A., 2005).
