Two Buffalo-Based Barclay Damon Law Clerks Named Associates After Admission to New York State Bar

Barclay Damon announces Giulia Buscaglia and Sierra Leitten have been admitted to the New York State Bar. The former law clerks are now associates at the firm. Buscaglia and Leitten are based in Barclay Damon’s Buffalo office.

Buscaglia is a member of the Energy, Property Tax & Condemnation, and Mass & Toxic Torts Practice Areas. Buscaglia represents clients in a wide range of property tax and condemnation and mass and toxic tort matters. 

Buscaglia has gained experience through law clerk and summer associate positions with Barclay Damon, as a student attorney in the University at Buffalo School of Law’s Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinic, and as a legal intern with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. She graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Leitten is a member of the Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials Practice Areas. She represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation and labor and employment matters.

Leitten gained experience through law clerk and summer associate positions with Barclay Damon as well as law clerk and litigation assistant positions with other firms in Buffalo. She graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
