Biography

Amanda assists clients of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Corporate Practice Areas in a wide range of matters. Through a legal externship with the Erie County Surrogate's Court, clerkships, and internships, she has gained a variety of trusts and estates experience, including assisting with matters related to probate, estate planning, estate administration, elder law, and guardianship; preparing estate planning instruments, estate accountings, court documents, and research memoranda; and managing client financials. Amanda has also assisted with matters related to health care proxies, powers of attorney, wills, public benefits, health insurance, and elder abuse as well as the management of Article 81 guardianship cases.
