Biography

Cassondra represents businesses, fiduciaries, and individuals in complex disputes involving commercial, financial, and estate-related matters.

Drawing on her experience as a general attorney with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel and as a trial attorney with the US Department of Justice Tax Division, Cassondra handles all phases of litigation from case development and discovery through dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. She has experience with complex matters involving fraud allegations, bankruptcy proceedings, collection disputes, estate-related issues, and controversies involving high-net-worth taxpayers.

Cassondra brings substantial federal litigation experience to her practice. She manages discovery, conducts depositions, drafts and argues substantive motions, prepares witnesses for trial, and develops litigation strategies in matters requiring detailed factual investigation and sophisticated legal analysis. Her experience includes disputes involving estates, asset recovery, fiduciary-related issues.
