Overview

Biography

Christopher focuses his practice on all matters relating to real property with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Additionally, Christopher has experience representing property owners and developers for both renewable and nonrenewable energy leasing projects.

Christopher’s practice also includes resolving disputes relating to property rights, including evictions, easements, ownership interests, land use, and municipal zoning matters, through negotiated compromise or litigation, if necessary.
