As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Area, Cole works with clients to evaluate real property rights and obligations and prepare a wide range of documents related to real estate interests. His experience includes drafting and reviewing loan agreements and related financing documents, assignments of mortgages, transfer documents, and leases.
