Overview

Biography

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience, Cristina represents businesses and business owners in commercial litigation and business disputes. She helps clients resolve contract disputes, partnership and business-owner conflicts, business dissolution matters, workplace disputes, and other challenges that can disrupt business operations and growth.

Cristina's commercial litigation practice includes disputes involving purchase and sale agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements, breach of contract claims, and other business-related conflicts. She advises clients throughout all stages of disputes and works closely with them to develop practical, cost-effective strategies that align with their business objectives.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Cristina counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. She advises clients on employee discipline and termination, restrictive covenant and noncompetition agreements, workplace investigations, employee disputes, employment policies, and employee handbooks. She also helps businesses navigate regulatory and compliance issues affecting their operations, helping them proactively manage risk and avoid litigation when possible.
