Donna represents clients from technical industries in all aspects of intellectual property law, especially in the electrical and computer arts. She has extensive experience with analog and digital electronics, computers, biomedical systems and devices, electromechanical systems, and generally complex systems.
Donna regularly prepares and prosecutes US and foreign patent applications and performs patentability searches. In addition, she has drafted complex patent applications, including multiple claim sets for the United States, the Patent Cooperation Treaty, and select foreign jurisdictions.
