Biography

With over 40 years of commercial law experience, Frank primarily concentrates his practice on assisting institutional, business, and individual clients in commercial collections, loan workouts, mortgage foreclosures, UCC Article 9 transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, real property litigation, and the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases.

In his practice, Frank capitalizes on his prior experience serving as an Erie County assistant district attorney and a City of Buffalo assistant corporation counsel.
