Overview

Biography

With over 45 years of legal experience, Gary primarily concentrates his practice on real estate law, estates and trusts law, and general corporate and business law. He assists small and large businesses and national corporations with acquisitions, financing, regulatory, and succession issues as well as structuring transactions and business agreements. Gary also negotiates real estate-based acquisitions, leases, and development transactions.

Gary has additionally worked with various levels of government on behalf of client interests.
