Overview

Biography

Imad assists with the representation of health care providers in a variety of matters, including compliance, regulatory, and transactional issues and complex disputes. He has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents as well as reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance. Imad applies his experience as a legal intern for a not-for-profit home- and community-based health care organization and a not-for-profit integrated health care network and as a pharmacy technician to the matters he assists with.
