With nearly two decades of legal experience, Jacqui focuses her practice on the defense of large-loss and commercial claims. She assists clients in all phases of litigation across New York State courts, including preparation of pleadings, discovery motions, discovery demands and responses, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trials. Jacqui regularly handles arbitrations and mediations. She also advises clients on pre-litigation evaluation and strategy.
Jacqui’s broad litigation experience includes litigating insurance cases involving motor-vehicle accidents, aviation, general liability, and the defense of product liability and labor and employment liability claims.
