Biography

A former campaign manager for Governor Mario Cuomo and reelection campaign manager for New York State for President Jimmy Carter with over 45 years of legal experience, Jerry concentrates his practice on public finance and governmental relations. He also handles tobacco-securitization and NYS Temporary Commission on Lobbying matters.
