Biography

Justin advises clients navigating the complexities of commercial real estate, helping them assess risk, understand potential liabilities, and move transactions forward efficiently. He represents private companies, developers, and commercial lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. He also represents national retailers and developers in shopping center leasing. Justin’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and industrial properties, leasing, financing matters, and related corporate governance and transactional issues. 

Justin has additional experience litigating civil matters in New York State Supreme Court, providing him with valuable perspective on risk management and dispute avoidance in transactional work.
