Biography

Kelly assists with the representation of clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her litigation experience includes drafting demand letters, complaints, subpoenas, pleadings, and other legal documents and conducting legal research on a variety of issues. She also has experience with tax issues and disputes.
