Biography

Lauryn represents clients in a wide range of project development matters, especially as they pertain to the energy industry. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial land lease agreements and related documents, transfer documents, and litigating disputes arising from the ownership of real property and construction endeavors. 

Lauryn has developed a strong foundation for her practice through positions as a litigator with a boutique law firm in Washington DC, a judicial intern in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and a summer associate with another full-service law firm. She has wide-ranging experience with real estate, litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters.
