Mikayla assists with litigation support, including legal research and document drafting, cite checking and blue booking, analyzing information for depositions and discovery, summarizing deposition testimony, preparing deposition and trial exhibits, drafting exhibit lists and case notebooks, and other tasks related to the management of complex litigation. She also has extensive experience in all aspects of electronic discovery, including managing significant volumes of electronically stored information (ESI) by utilizing various electronic review platforms and litigation support systems.
