Mikayla provides comprehensive litigation support across all phases of the litigation lifecycle—from pre-filing investigation through trial preparation and post-judgment matters. She conducts in-depth legal research and drafts substantive motions, including dispositive motions such as motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions to strike, addressing complex procedural and legal issues. Mikayla works closely with clients to understand case priorities, gather key information, and ensure strategic alignment throughout each stage of the litigation process. She also handles cite checking and Bluebooking, prepares deposition outlines and summaries, analyzes records and discovery materials, and develops deposition and trial exhibits, exhibit lists, and case notebooks. In addition, Mikayla has extensive experience managing large-scale electronic discovery projects, including overseeing the collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) using advanced litigation support platforms.
