Overview

Biography

Molly focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions for institutional investors, developers, and lenders, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures. She assists clients in transactions from initial diligence through closing, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and advising clients on critical issues related to title, zoning, leasing, and overall transaction strategy.

Experience

Representative Experience

  • Represented affiliates of a New York City–based, privately held real estate investment and management company in connection with the refinancing of a luxury beachfront resort in Montauk, New York, with a $235 million first mortgage loan originated by a New York–based commercial real estate private credit and debt investment management firm. 
  • Represented the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in negotiating and drafting a 10-year lease with a popular railroad-themed eatery for commercial space at Grand Central Madison, a 700,000-square-foot Long Island Rail Road terminal in Manhattan. The agreement, awarded through a competitive bid, included approximately $1 million in build-out costs.
