Rachael assists in the representation of health care providers and organizations in a wide range of matters. Drawing on more than a decade of health care experience, including as a critical care nurse and in hospital leadership roles at a regional health care system, she applies firsthand knowledge of health care operations, regulatory requirements, patient care and access, risk management, labor relations, and health equity to her legal work.
