Biography

Rachel focuses her practice on representing and defending clients in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and personal injury matters. She has worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation, giving her a broad perspective on litigation, including assessing and valuing personal injury claims. Rachel’s experience includes all aspects of litigation, including handling discovery, drafting motions and other filings, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court conferences, and alternative dispute resolution.
