Biography

Rebecca concentrates her practice on environmental law, including litigation related to mass torts. She represents national and international companies in claims involving alleged toxic and environmental exposure and contamination in state and federal courts. Rebecca manages all aspects of litigation strategy and case development.

Additionally, Rebecca has experience with state and local election law, with a focus on redistricting and reapportionment litigation.

Rebecca is committed to providing pro bono representation to indigent individuals and asylum seekers.
