Overview

Biography

Rebecca focuses her practice on trusts and estates matters, including estate planning and administration, trust administration, tax planning, special needs planning, and probate. She advises clients on a broad range of matters, including estate, gift, generation-skipping, and income tax planning, and prepares various estate planning documents to help clients accomplish their planning goals in a practical, tax-efficient manner. Rebecca also counsels fiduciaries on a variety of tax and administrative issues and prepares fiduciary accountings and estate and gift tax returns for clients.
