Overview

Biography

Tyler’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, with experience representing clients in complex tort, personal injury, construction, premises liability, toxic tort, environmental, and product liability matters. He assists clients through all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals.

Tyler has experience handling a broad range of litigation matters in New York State and federal courts and regularly contributes to complex motion and appellate practice. His background includes preparing summary judgment motions and appellate submissions, including work on a favorable matter before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as well as appearances before the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
