Biography

Glenn has decades of commercial lease litigation experience—including jury trials—in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. His background in arbitration allows him to advocate for clients to achieve their desired goals outside of litigation—but, in circumstances where a fair resolution cannot be reached, he applies his extensive experience to representing clients in the courtroom.

Representative Experience

  • Successfully defended clients regarding an $1.8 million ERISA claim by a union seeking to establish withdrawal liability under the Multi-Employer Pension Plan Amendments Act 29 USC 1381.
  • Obtained a successful verdict for billionaire philanthropist Tom Golisano regarding a breach of contract against an interior designer for a mega yacht.
  • Successfully represented a developer against a claim by Costco Wholesale Corporation invalidating a reciprocal easement agreement.
  • Obtained a $3.8 million decision for Rochester firefighters against the City of Rochester pursuant to NY Insurance Law Two Percent Fund monies.
  • Successfully represented a local country club in a claim by the NYS Liquor Authority for alleged liquor law violations connected to charitable fundraising.
  • Handled commercial lease litigation, including jury trials, for a client with 4 million square feet of industrial, manufacturing, research, distribution, and general office space.
