Joe serves as Barclay Damon's Commercial Litigation Practice Area co-chair. With over 30 years of legal experience, Joe has tried cases in both federal and state courts, arbitrated and mediated cases before the American Arbitration Association and other tribunals, and argued before both federal and state courts of appeal. Joe also regularly advises clients on how to best achieve their business goals through the avoidance of litigation.
Joe concentrates his practice on complex business disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; unfair competition and noncompete agreement suits; technology license and software development disputes; and private company shareholder disputes.
