Cyber Liability - Are You Effectively Managing Your Risks?

The presentation  will cover the broad range of legal issues that companies should be considering in relation to data privacy and cybersecurity, including: policies and practices that business should implement to ensure that the business and its employees are taking necessary steps to protect data; contract provisions that business should consider to ensure that data privacy concerns are properly addressed with vendors and other contracting parties; the scope of cyber liability insurance coverage and how to assess coverage to address the risks facing difference types of business; and, how to respond if/when you are faced with a data breach scenario.
