Maureen Helmer Quoted in Albany Business Review

Maureen Helmer, Regulatory Practice Area co-chair and partner, was recently quoted in the Albany Business Review article "Women Make Up About 14 Percent of Public Company Board Members Nationwide. It's Even Lower in Albany."

As a PlugPower board member for 14 years, Helmer commented on California's new ban on all-male boards of directors for public companies headquartered in the state.
