Connie Cahill Featured in Law360 Pulse Article on 2025 Priorities for Mid-Sized Law Firms

Connie Cahill, managing partner, was featured in the Law360 Pulse article “Here’s Where Mid-Law Leaders Will Be Focused in 2025.” The article discusses the strategic priorities for mid-sized law firms in 2025, highlighting key trends such as talent retention, technology adoption, and client service innovations. Law firm leaders emphasized the importance of fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces, navigating economic uncertainty, and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance efficiency as well as focusing on building stronger client relationships through personalized services and industry-specific knowledge.

In 2025, as in 2024, Barclay Damon plans to focus on growth. Connie noted that ensuring new attorneys successfully integrate into the firm is vital: “With 50 new attorneys in 2024, our focus in early 2025 is to continue strong integration efforts.”

Additionally, Connie said, “We expect continued demand for services from our clients [in 2025],” noting that litigation may arise due to the change in administration and that demand for energy is expected to continue.
