Daniel Coleman Appointed Chair of Bar Association of Erie County Committee on Eminent Domain and Tax Certiorari

Daniel Coleman, counsel, has been appointed by Bar Association of Erie County (BAEC) President Lauren Breen to serve as the chair of the BAEC Committee on Eminent Domain and Tax Certiorari for 2025. The committee updates members on changes in the law and procedures in the fields and invites guest speakers to meetings and produces periodic CLE seminars for bar members. Daniel takes over the role from Mark McNamara, chair of Barclay Damon’s Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area.
