Biography

Daniel primarily concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and professional liability. He has experience handling all aspects of cases from onset to resolution. Daniel defends both individuals and businesses from claims of negligence and has successfully obtained a defense verdict at trial.
