Deb Peckham Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Go To Lawyers for IP Law 2025 List

Deb Peckham, Trademarks, Copyrights & Licensing Practice Area co-chair, has been recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of its Go To Lawyers for IP Law 2025, a list that honors top IP lawyers in the state.

Deb is known for her strategic guidance on trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property acquisitions; maintenance and enforcement, including leveraging intellectual property in commercial agreements and transactions; and counseling on consumer privacy and data-protection matters. She chose to practice IP law because she was fascinated by the tension between personal ownership and the need for access in furtherance of innovation. Deb said, “I’m still fascinated by how the law attempts to meet and ease that tension.”

About what makes Deb a leader in her field, she said, “My commitment is to the client’s goals first. . . . Being a leader means listening to the client’s goals and aspirations and figuring out how to get from mere advice to exceeding client goals and aspirations using the law and practical guidance.”
