Ian Linker Featured in Law360 Pulse Article About Joining Barclay Damon

Ian Linker, partner, was featured in the Law360 Pulse article “Insurance Litigator Moves to Barclay Damon as Partner” about his motivations for moving away from his own private practice focused on real estate transactions to rejoin a firm and focus on insurance coverage and products liability defense.

Ian’s primary reason for joining Barclay Damon is because he missed litigation. “Insurance coverage was always sort of a fun part of that work that I did,” Ian said. He continued, “I like helping clients manage risk. It sounds goofy, but avoiding disputes and making things go as smoothly as possible is something I enjoy.”

The article also highlighted Ian’s past career experiences, including his time doing litigation at other law firms and working as senior counsel at a large insurance company.
