Jim Carroll and Gillian Woolf Published in Boston Business Journal

Jim Carroll and Gillian Woolf, both partners in Barclay Damon’s Boston office, had their “Does Your Insurance Coverage Vaccinate Your Business” article published in Boston Business Journal. The article explores the different types of lawsuits filed by employees against their employers since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also notes that many businesses’ insurance policies don’t include coverage for business interruption claims as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way business is done. Businesses are under constant attack not only from the virus, but also from creative plaintiffs’ lawyers. Review your insurance coverages to determine whether you have adequate protection to insulate your business from COVID-19-related claims, lawsuits, and the disruptions they cause.”
