Sara Dorchak Appointed to International Trademark Association Emerging Issues Committee

Sara Dorchak, counsel, has been appointed to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Emerging Issues Committee, effective January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025. 

The Emerging Issues Committee identifies, develops, and advocates INTA’s policy regarding important trends and emerging issues related to trademarks and not covered by other “issue” committees. It also proposes policy recommendations to the board. The committee’s work includes report and submission writing and advocacy in conjunction with relevant INTA committees and staff.
