Yvonne Hennessey Quoted in Law360 Article on Army Corps Permit Revamps

Yvonne Hennessey, chair of the Environmental and Lobbying & Election Law Compliance Practice Areas and co-leader of the Oil & Gas, Linear Infrastructure, and Energy Markets Teams, is quoted in Law360 in “Army Corps Revamps Controversial Nationwide Permits” about the US Army Corps of Engineers releasing the final version of a rule that renews 12 nationwide permits and creates four new permits.

While the new rule could make it easier for projects to begin in some cases, projects may not always proceed quickly due to permit-issuance procedures at local Corps district offices. "You may not get as much certainty and timeliness as this administration wants it, the way they've approached this,” Yvonne said.
