Nancy Valentino Joins Barclay Damon

August 2, 2022—Barclay Damon announces Nancy Valentino, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas. Her primary office location is New Haven.

Valentino concentrates her practice on representing business, corporate, and municipal clients in a wide array of employment litigation and counseling matters, including wrongful discharge, employee discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. She also counsels and represents corporate and municipal clients in traditional labor matters, including drafting, interpreting, and litigating issues concerning collective bargaining agreements and defending unions in complex litigation related to contract disputes. Valentino also has experience representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Valentino was an associate at firms in New Haven and Hamden, Connecticut, and was a paralegal at a firm in New Haven.
