Ari Goldberg Joins Barclay Damon

March 31, 2020—Barclay Damon announces Ari Goldberg, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Land Use & Zoning, Project Development, and Real Estate Practice Areas. His primary office location is Buffalo.

Goldberg advises clients on zoning, land use permitting, environmental review, and the regulatory compliance process. He also has experience in litigation, including multiple lawsuits on behalf of municipalities under the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Vacant and Abandoned (Zombie) Home provisions, and advocating for real estate developers in breach of contract lawsuits.
