Attorney Ben Wilkinson Joins Barclay Damon

July 02, 2019—Barclay Damon announces Ben Wilkinson, counsel, has joined the firm. He works out of the Albany office.

Wilkinson is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Area and health care controversies team. He has extensive experience representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the NYS Division of Human Rights, and federal and state courts regarding employment discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, and breach of employment contracts. He also represents employers in wage and hour audits conducted by the US and NY Departments of Labor.

Prior to Barclay Damon, Wilkinson served as a principal at Hinman Straub P.C.
