Attorney Oliver Young Joins Barclay Damon

June 18, 2019—Barclay Damon announces Oliver Young, of counsel, has joined the firm. Young will work out of the Buffalo office.

Young is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Areas. His primary focus is on general commercial litigation. Additionally, Young has handled Article 78 petitions and other special proceedings and coordinated the processing of in rem property actions. He is currently serving as the vice president and president-elect of the Erie County Bar Association.

Prior to Barclay Damon, he worked as principal court attorney in the NYS Supreme Court, Eighth Judicial District.
