Barclay Damon Announces 2022 Partner Elevations

January 4, 2022—Barclay Damon is pleased to announce three elevations to the law firm’s partnership. Sanjeev Devabhakthuni, Rachelle Nuhfer, and Genevieve Trigg, all previously counsel, have become partners, effective January 1.

Devabhakthuni is a member of the Torts & Products Liability Defense, Insurance Coverage & Regulation, and Professional Liability Practice Areas and the Transportation and Insurance & Reinsurance Teams. He concentrates his practice on appellate advocacy, litigated tort defense, and insurance-coverage disputes. He is based in Rochester.

Nuhfer is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Corporate Practice Areas. She concentrates her practice on planning and administering trusts and estates and advises on corporate matters that include succession planning, tax planning, and forming and structuring business entities. She is based in Rochester.

Trigg is a member of the Project Development, Land Use & Zoning, and Environmental Practice Areas and the Energy and Renewable Energy Teams. Her practice includes representing developers in all aspects of project development, including for large commercial, housing, and renewable energy projects. She is based in Albany.
