Overview

Biography

Rachelle primarily concentrates her practice on working with clients in planning and administering trusts and estates matters. She routinely offers guidance on preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and beneficiary designations. Rachelle also provides guidance on family limited liability companies and other entities to provide liability protection and a mechanism for the transfer of ownership of certain assets.

Rachelle counsels clients on a variety of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters and outlines strategies to minimize income, estate, and gift taxes and opportunities. She also handles asset protection with the objective of structuring a comprehensive, effective, and flexible plan to meet the clients’ needs and objectives. Rachelle also advises clients on other business and corporate matters, including succession planning, tax planning, and forming and structuring business entities.
